Motivation

A Positive and high motivation is a key part in succeeding in college, at the moment my motivation isn't at its peak. I just did badly on a vocabulary test that I studied intensively for, and i only got twelve out of twenty question right, not to happy with myself at the time. Next time i will be more observant on the context clues and not rush myself through the quiz. But that quiz is the past now it is time to move on and prepare myself for the next quiz. I'm in the middle of my semester and a couple years ago i wouldn't think i would make it this far in college. I'm going to try my best to get through college.  Keeping a positive and hubris mentally is also very important never think negative, you can’t get anywhere with a negative mentality. Right now i am having second thoughts about staying in college but hopefully i will get through this stage and culminate. I must overcome my old high school habits, because in college it is a whole different thing in wich we cannot take for granted. My goal is to transfer to Cal State Fullerton and graduate with my major it is to early to quit right now, I wont give up without a fight.

The Things I Carry

Life itself is a story it has many obstacles within it. You will carry regrets and fears, but you must overcome the negatives and over see the positives. On an ordinary day i carry not only my material items but i also carry things that cannot be seen but just felt. In my front pocket i carry my handy dandy cell phone which helps me socialize with society. In my back pocket i carry the money i have and my identification card.. I also carry the fear of not passing my classes and dropping out of college. I worked hard to be were I'm at now. Five years ago i wouldn't imagine myself in a college classroom, Now I'm living that life i couldn't see myself doing. My regrets stay in contact with me, it seems erasing them are impossible but i will overcome them. You can do anything you want in life, you just have to set yourself to do does things. The obstacles that life will throw at you are possible to climb over with the right mind set don't let yourself go down.
